    Did a trainer WOD with some coaching after the workout...

    Went with:

    2x Muscle up
    5x Hang Power Cleans at 135#
    5 Rounds in 4:44

    Ran 1.5 miles for time today: 11:35.

    REALLY tired...late flight home from Seattle last night.

    Saw my bro and we laughed like the old days.
