Had a 2 hour Martial Arts session Last Friday...Did a trainer WOD with some coaching after the workout...Went with:2x Muscle up5x Hang Power Cleans at 135#5 Rounds in 4:44Ran 1.5 miles for time today: 11:35.REALLY tired...late flight home from Seattle last night.Saw my bro and we laughed like the old days.
