  1. Hit a late make-up session in my garage...

    Followed CD's press/squat sequence...

    Worked up with triples and doubles on the press. Finally missed a press at 175#.

    Worked up sets of 5 on the back squat. Made it to a pair at 225# and stopped.

    100 total air squats for practice.

    5 singles of HSPU.

    Wrestling here...feels like a long pull.

    Miss you guys. Could use a piss up.
