Full warm-up to include some Med-Ball Cleans and the GHD.

500 m row 3x with 2 min rest in between:

154.2 (20 Strokes/min)
153.0 (22 s/m)
143.2 (blur)

Heavy singles/doubles for Push Jerks:

Ended with 225#. Felt OK. Still cautious with back.

Yesterday: 90 min. Martial Arts
Followed by Tabata squats in utilities and boots:
18,18,18,18,18,18,17,15...ran out of gas.
