Felt ruff all day...headache, etc. Couldn't pull off a WOD.
Managed to bounce back in the evening, but should have bagged it.
Tapped after 2 broken sets of:
100' walking lunge
50 air squats
25 hip extensions on the GHD
11:33. Abysmal. Felt really roughed-up. The whole lower assembly shut down. Proud of myself for gutting it out, but should have sat out. Will try to re-attack tomorrow.
