
Trained also in the base gym this morning...it was like everything and everybody was in slow motion. Illusions of rigor. Got some basic, decent training in.
50 total pull-ups throughout. Multiple sets.
18-8-6-4-4-2 Bench Press (Phil Emery Style)
Then
5x1 BP at 225#
Solid Barbell (no spin) press medley and hang C & J to start.
Leadership is Heavy Business. Drugs, theft, incarceration, deceit here...standing in the gap.
