Today's WOD (scaled):
40 yard sprint
6 Med Ball Cleans (25# Ball)
12 Knees to Elbows (lying on ground)
5 Rounds. Runs were varied...calibrating distances in the 'hood.
MBC's were rough.
Cautious of the KTEs...rounding of the lumbar spine is dicey for me.
Competed WOD. No Time. Zone Breakfast.
Need work. In the words of my mentor, Phil Emery, I need to "take the pain."
