3 x 5 P. Clean...155#

WOD

135# Barbell

PC, FS to PP, BS, Rack Jerk...300m row.

3 Rounds...2 min rest per round.

Round 1: 1:36 Round 2: 1:20 Round 3: 1:15...Key to timing was no racking of the barbell between the PP and BS transition...would have been WAY harder with 300 yard shuttle run.

Legoland today...in-laws leave tomorrow.
