Glad the birthday went well. 10 yo and 5 yo...great.

3 x 7 OHS...135#

Tabata Squats...ugly...15, 14, 13, 12, 12, 12, 13, 12, Score: 12.
2 min rest
4 min HSPU...4 reps, 2 misses, 5 x :10 sec. Messy.

Strength up. Stamina down. I'm OK with it.

Good food.
