The Old Days

Managed to rebound a bit tonight...

Full warm up to include a squat progression and some GHD work.

Mixed JD and CD's protocols:

Hang and Regular Power Clean.
Followed each set with 5-7 explosive GHD sit-ups.

5 HPC @ 65, 95, 115, 135

3 PC @ 155, 175, 185

2 PC @ 205 (re-gripped on ground)

10 C & J (Ground to OH) in :42. No re-grip. Touch and go. 135# Barbell.

5 x 2 HSPU skill

Finished with 50 air squats in :49.

Back held up. Got some confidence back.
