Jumped in on a private class today. This time is similar to times I've had before CF training with a strength bias. It seems that my times now are as good, or a bit better than before CF Football. It seems difficult to get all aspects to come together at once and produce a remarkable effort. For now, I will continue with CF Football and see what strength produces.
