500 m row, 1 min rest...3x.

1:48, 1:47, 1:45...last set was higher stroke rate, less power per pull...not worth the extra effort...feet were anchored (1st 2 sets, feet un-anchored.)

OHS, FS, BS mix. 5 x OHS at 185.

7 PP at 135#, 7 PP at 135#, 7 PP at 155#.

GHD work to finish, 40 reps.
