Freestyled in the Sanctum yesterday. Warmed up, then did whatever we felt like doing for an active rest, which ended up being, for me:
Bar Drills: Squat Clean, Muscle Snatch, Overhead Squat, OHS Balance
Ring Drills: Muscle Ups (Singlers x 7ish), Max Pushups (40), Supine Pulls (8)
Power Clean Clinic 135 (Singlers)
Deadlift Clinic 245/315 (Singlers)
Bench Press Max Reps 135 (37)
