Clerk, nice thermometer. Today, a balmy 109F and it rained for 15 minutes this afternoon -- the second time since April. Our hottest actual temperature this year = 122F, plus a 14 degree heat variable with wet bulb adjustment. It's amazing what you can get used to. Really isn't that bad, most of the time. A little windy the last few, though, so the dust is a bummer.
Keep up the CFF. The gains will blow your mind. The 100 cleans I did yesterday and the Crackhead Helen from the day before caught up with me. Took today off (unscheduled) and tomorrow is a scheduled day of rest. Phew. I'm not really supposed to be training, so I've done some scaling just to keep moving around, but I end up not really scaling enough or adding reps to lighter weight to keep the aggregate work about the same, without having to contend with heavy weight and risk further injury. Today, my compadres ground out supine ring pulls and push ups, but most complained afterward of running out of Schlitz in the middle. I didn't even show up. Always at the recovery threshhold these days. Sometimes it goes your way, sometimes not.
