The Foe Hammer

CFFB WOD:

Week 0, day 4

3x12 push-ups in lieu of bench--hands off floor at bottom
3x strict pull-ups 5,5,4

7 air squats
8, 6' broad jumps...

8 rounds to completion...no clock.

Missed one jump.

Anticipate significant soreness. Taking tomorrow off. Overate tonight. Little Sis is sick like dog.
