Back in the Saddle

Gentlemen, permission to come aboard.

Hope you've been well and look forward to browsing back through the posts to see what you lads have been up to.

Back in the saddle at home station and fired off a little transition training in the Sanctum:

3 Rounds Max Strict Pullups: Went three seconds up, three seconds down each rep for 18-13-13.

then...

5 Rounds for time:
Bear Crawl 20 yards
5 Deadlifts 315 (sub'd 245 for transition)
10 Burpees
Time: 5:20

Then, I did an extra round after a two minute rest, just to make sure I hadn't forgotten a round because my time seemed too fast.
