Clerk- thanks for the talk. Working on my list of "can do". Indefinite light duty. Maybe I can come out of this w/ a 300# bench and 100 muscle ups in under 10 Min.
Today:
mobility warm up
3x15 push ups ( no back pain)
7 muscle up attempts- got 1 ( no back pain)
30-20-10 bench press 95# unbroken sets ( no back pain)
2k Row-7:48 (some pain)
sat on baseball- that will take your breath away.
