Week 2 Day 3

1 x 25 Push-Ups

3 x 5 Ring Dips

8 x 100 yard striders...walked back to recover

4 x 50 yard run, :15 sec rest

30 x ring/muscle-up transition into jumping ring dip

4 x 50 yard run, : 15 sec rest.
