1994. Lost to Duke. Got 'em back in 1995.

CF.com WOD from the other day...slightly scaled due to logistics...

Full warm-up, to include 50 reps KB drills and air squats

2 x 28 push-ups throughout the day

200 yard run (50 yards x 4)
10 KB OHS...5 RH, 5 LH...24 KG

3 Rounds. No clock.

10 x varied distance sprints

Flex

3x5 press in PM...115 (+5)

3x5 Squat in PM...185 (+10)

Back a little tight.
