4 x 100 yard runs...on the minute...:2 @ :15 sec, 2 @ :16 sec.

1 x 32 push-ups to start
1 x 32 push-ups to finish

50 reps Med Ball Clean work

PM Work: Douched the garage...then 2, 4, 6 SP, PP, PJ with 65...5 sets.
