1 x 33 push-ups...getting harder per legit rep/set

10 supine ring rows (false grip e.o. round)...45 degree angle
10 push-ups

11 rounds + 3 pulls in 10 min

Rest.

3 x 300 yard shuttle run...3 min rest in between. 1:02, :57, :57...ruff.

3 x 7 Ring Dips
