Agility Warm-up

50 reps warm up, drills with 24 KG KB

Tried to preserve the stimulus, but modified a bit...tired today...

20 yard bear crawl
10 KB Swing
10 Air Squats

5 Rounds in 6:37. Wind, et al tuff.

1 x 34 push-ups.

Getting hotter here...training in the heat of the day.

Programmed rest and date night tomorrow night.

CD, stay in the pattern...no need to make drastic adjustments to the flight controls...one hand on the stick, one hand on the throttle...keep trimming the nozzles.
