Warm up: 500m row in 1:57

100 total air squats in sets of 10 throughout workout

1 x 35 push-ups

3x5 Press @ 125

3x5 OHS @ 135, 145,155

Chased rockets at the park for Evan's Birthday...my man turns 5 on Tuesday.
