Week 5 Day 1

Warm-Up

1 x 36 Squats and 1 x 36 Push-Ups

4 x 100 yard sprints, 19, 17, 17, 16

2 + Min rest

4 x 100 yard sprints, 15, 15, 15, 15

WOD:

10 swings, 40 yard run

Set a 24 KG KB at one end, and a 16 KG KB at the other...had to walk in between bouts...14 rounds even. 90 + degrees on the turf.

1 x 20 squats and 1 x 20 push-ups

PM Work: 5 x 3 PC at 185:#
