Warm up.

1 x 37 push-up
1 x 37 Squat

300 yard shuttle run (100 yard lengths)...3 min rest.

1) 1:01
2) :57
3) :54
4)1:08...ran 50 yard lengths, twice as many line touches...much harder.

1 x 25 push-up
1 x 25 Squat
1 x 15 push-up
1 x 15 squat

Hot again today...better hydration, but still smoked. No PM work.
