Shoulder Press 5RM 125# + 2X5 115#

Tabata Treadmill Sprint 12mph/5:16 mile/0deg incline

    Yesterday:

    1 HSPU
    3 explosive push-ups
    5 Med Ball Cleans

    11 Rounds in 10 min. Completed only one HSPU...all the rest were holds.
